Service
Nittro provides a public, paid ranking and related measurement features. The service is an experiment in transparent distribution, not an advertising agency, investment service, endorsement, or guarantee of performance.
Eligibility and authority
You must be legally able to enter a contract and authorized to promote the submitted product or X profile. You are responsible for the accuracy of the listing, the destination, any linked Meta Ad Library information, and compliance with applicable law.
Payments and refunds
Prices are in USD and processed by Stripe. The checkout shows the exact one-time charge. You authorize that charge when you submit payment. Every settled bid is an immediate paid placement, not a conditional offer that is charged only if it wins. Completed payments are non-refundable except where required by law or when Nittro's own failure prevents the paid listing from being published. Losing rank to a higher bid is not a service failure and does not create a refund right.
License to listing content
You retain ownership of submitted content and confirm that you have permission to promote any submitted creator profile. You grant Nittro a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, format, and promote that content as part of the leaderboard and its social distribution.
Moderation and suspension
Nittro may reject, edit, suspend, or remove content that violates the Rules, creates legal or security risk, or harms the service. Fraudulent or reversed payments may void rank. Nittro may preserve the payment history when necessary for accounting, security, or dispute resolution.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nittro disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Nittro's aggregate liability for a claim related to a placement will not exceed the amount you paid for that placement. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means acceptance for future activity. Questions or legal notices may be sent to hello@nittro.co. The merchant identity for a payment appears in the Stripe checkout and receipt.
