Service
Nittro provides public sponsored and community rankings, Nittro City, and related measurement features. The service is an experiment in transparent distribution, not an advertising agency, investment service, endorsement, or guarantee of performance.
Community participation
Free nominations are public, unverified, do not establish ownership, and are not sponsored placements. Community votes are limited per browser and weekly board, may be reassigned, and may be removed when Nittro detects manipulation or rule violations. A community position is not an endorsement or guarantee and has no cash value.
Eligibility and authority
A community nominator must accurately identify a public destination. A paid bidder must be legally able to enter a contract and authorized to promote the submitted product or X profile. Submitters are responsible for listing accuracy, the destination, and compliance with applicable law. Completing payment and providing a contact email establish control of the Nittro placement, not verified ownership of the app, domain, or X account. Nittro may suspend a disputed placement while it reviews authorization evidence.
Payments and refunds
Prices are in USD and processed by Stripe. The checkout shows the exact one-time charge. You authorize that charge when you submit payment. Every settled bid purchases a paid placement, not a conditional offer that is charged only if it wins. For a new destination, payment is confirmed before you complete its public profile; the listing does not become public or receive rank until those required details are submitted. An increase for an existing sponsored listing may reuse its current profile. If the profile-completion page is unavailable after payment, contact hello@nittro.co with the Stripe receipt so Nittro can review and resolve the placement. Completed payments are non-refundable except where required by law or when Nittro's own failure prevents the paid listing from being published. A listing cannot be published until the required details are submitted. Losing rank to a higher bid is not a service failure and does not create a refund right.
Direct sponsor slots
Sidebar sponsor slots are booked manually and are separate from leaderboard bids. The displayed flat rate is an invitation to inquire, not a reservation or automatic checkout. Availability, start date, placement duration, creative, and removal terms are confirmed in writing before Stripe invoicing. A slot becomes active only after payment settles. Direct sponsorship buys the agreed display placement, not guaranteed clicks, signups, sales, or revenue. If Nittro cannot deliver the confirmed placement, Nittro will provide a replacement period or refund the undelivered portion as appropriate.
License to listing content
You retain ownership of original content you submit and confirm that you have the rights needed to provide it. Public profile facts may be used for an unverified nomination. You grant Nittro a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, format, and promote submitted content as part of the leaderboard and its social distribution.
Moderation and suspension
Nittro may reject, edit, suspend, or remove content that violates the Rules, creates legal or security risk, or harms the service. Fraudulent or reversed payments may void rank. Nittro may preserve the payment history when necessary for accounting, security, or dispute resolution.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nittro disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Nittro's aggregate liability for a claim related to a placement will not exceed the amount you paid for that placement. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means acceptance for future activity. Questions or legal notices may be sent to hello@nittro.co. The merchant identity for a payment appears in the Stripe checkout and receipt.
